Medical Training

Our practice is committed to the teaching and training of healthcare professionals. From time to time you may find doctors, medical students and student nurses will be sitting in with the doctors and nurses at the practice to learn about General Practice. Please remember that they are bound by the same confidentiality rules as all staff. Should you wish to see the doctor or nurse alone, please feel free to say so.

For training purposes, you may find our doctors and nurses videoing the consultation. You will be asked to sign a consent form to allow this video to be used for assessment purposes only. Again, you do not have to give your consent and can ask that the session is not recorded. You can also ask for the recording to be stopped at any time.
