If you have letters or discharge summaries from the hospital, please hand these in to reception.
Co-op Pharmacy
The pharmacy manager is Mr Yasir Pirmohamed and the pharmacy is open every weekday between 8.15am - 6.30pm except Thursday when it closes at 5.00pm.
Services Offered
• Pharmacist is always readily available to give advice and information
• Collect direct - patients can order their repeat prescriptions from the pharmacy and have their medication delivered to their doorstep (within the area)
• Minor ailments - customers and patients who do not pay for their prescriptions can be given certain medicines for free without having to wait for an appointment with the doctor or nurse
• Morning-after pill - patients can obtain the morning-after contraceptive pill from the pharmacy
• Smoking cessation - customers can take advantage of the 'stop smoking' service offered by the pharmacist
• Medicines use review - patients can have their medication reviewed by the pharmacist
• Needle exchange
